Through carefully considered design and unexpected amenities, NOVEL South Capitol offers a warm and playful ‘third place’ that welcomes residents to be a part of a vibrant community.
82 Eye Street, SE, Washington DC
A thirteen story, 220 unit multifamily project in the Capitol Riverfront market of Washington DC. A co-development project between Greystar and RCP Development Co. Construction is expected to commence in 2015 with stabilization in 2017.
Ten Ten Mass
A joint venture between RCP Development Company, Faison Enterprises, and the Carlyle Group, Ten Ten Mass is an $84 million, 217,000 square foot luxury condominium development in downtown Washington, DC.
BJ’s Wholesale Retail Site
A NNN retail project on 8-acre site. The partners acquired and entitled the site for big-box retail use; leased the land to BJ’s wholesale store for 87,000 SF, NNN lease. Site sold to 1031 exchange buyer. Equity & Development Partner: JBG Companies & JBG Rosenfeld.
Berwyn House
A Class-B apartment community in College Park, MD serving the University of Maryland's student population. RCP advised Dallas-based First Worthing and Principal Financial Group on acquiring the existing 132-unit community and obtaining approvals for 72 new luxury units and a four-story parking garage.
Hillcrest Hotel
A 2.54 acre redevelopment project in College Park, MD, one mile north of the University of Maryland. RCP purchased the property with First Worthing and Principal Financial Group, demolished the existing hotel, and obtained approvals for a 140-unit residential building, 7,000 SF of retail, and a four-story parking garage. The developer's stake was later sold to its financial partners.
1499 Mass Avenue
The winner of "Best Site in Washington DC 2001," "Best Mid-Atlantic Apartment Community 2002," and "Best Lease-up for Washington 2003," 1499 Massachusetts Avenue was the largest multi-family project built in the District in over a decade. The 310,000 SF, 15-story building features 3 levels of underground parking, fitness center, game room, and rooftop pool. Equity Partner: J.P. Morgan Asset Management
