RCP is a development advisor to a large mixed-use development project in Washington, DC. The project is a multi-phased development project that will eventually include over 1,500 apartment units, a 200-key hotel and over 100,000 SF of retail.
Mid-Atlantic and Northeast US
RCP represented a national student-housing group in identifying suitable markets and projects for their acquisition and development activities in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States.
Florida and the Mid-Atlantic
RCP represented a European Investment group on sourcing, conducting feasibility studies and due diligence on land (distressed debt) acquisition opportunities in Florida and the mid-Atlantic regions.
Dubai, UAE
RCP represented a local investor in negotiating an option for a 320 unit to be built condominium site in Dubai, UAE. Represented the investor in negotiating the option, designing and obtaining approvals for the building and subsequently selling the option for a profit.

RCP represented a wealthy family in Abu Dhabi, UAE in designing, underwriting and structuring a large mixed-use (Hotel, Residential, Retail) project in Abu Dhabi in order to attract Western investors.

RCP represented a national retail bankruptcy and “out of business” operator in identifying and negotiating leases for numerous big-box retail spaces in the mid-Atlantic region.
